The 2018 Washington College Mathematics Conference runs from Thursday evening, May 17, through noon Saturday, May 19, at the Yakima Convention Center. Registration fees for the conference are:
$190 for full-time faculty $165 for part-time/associate/adjunct/emeritus faculty, students or guests
when payment is postmarked or submitted online by April 17, 2018. Late registration (after April 17, 2018) is $240. Add $10 to include WAMATYC annual membership dues (optional but highly encouraged).
Your registration fee includes:
- two breakfasts (Friday, May 18, and Saturday, May 19)
- one lunch (Friday, May 18)
- one dinner (Friday, May 18)
Friday dinner options are:
- Bale Breaker Chicken (gluten free)
- Pan-Seared Salmon
- Vegetarian Lasagna (vegetarian)
Meatloaf (vegan, gluten free)
How to register
Registration for the conference involves the following steps:
- register online (see link below)
- submit payment (see options below)
- submit proposal for presentation (if you plan to present a talk)
- reserve lodging

Within 48 hours you should receive a confirmation via e-mail that we have received your registration information.
You may submit payment by check or using a credit card.

If your check includes payment for more than one individual, please be sure to list the names of all attendees on the invoice. You will receive an e-mail receipt for your payment approximately one week after your check is received.
To pay by credit card
Credit-card payment is available via Brown Paper Tickets at this link:
Select the option(s) for which you wish to pay and click “Add to Cart.” Next, check that the information is correct and click “Check Out Now!” Fill out the required attendee and payment information, then click “Complete Order.” You should receive a confirmation from Brown Paper Tickets via e-mail. You will receive a receipt from us by e-mail approximately one week after your payment has been submitted.
If you submit payment but find that you are no longer able to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague who has not yet paid. If this is not possible, your payment can be refunded if a request is received by May 1, 2018. Please e-mail email@example.com to initiate a transfer or refund.
